May fibre and Complex Carbs na nakakatulong mag-prevent ng weight gain. Importante ang Complex Carbs, kasi mas matagal bago ka maguguom. Masama lang ang complex carbs kung athlete ka at kailangan ng fast burning energy kagaya ng sugar or white rice.
