3D MODELERS NEEDED
Core Job Responsibilities

As a 3D Modeler, you will build feature-quality organic, mechanical and environmental elements in Maya. You are comfortable receiving and implementing direction and make good self-directed decisions in times of ambiguity. You make good decisions with grace under pressure. You seek and offer help readily. You enjoy being part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Based upon concept drawings and reference materials as well as direction from art leads, consistently create 3D assets within the correct specifications, taking into account any previous designs, styles, directions, and guidance set down by the Producers.
  
• Participates as a team member in determining aesthetic solutions and provides feedback to the other members of the production team.
• Contribute solutions to visual problems and understand the film's overall aesthetic and implement this in the execution of work.
• Expected to mentor entry level modelers and must be able to assist them with their work.

Qualifications:

• Filipino
  
• An art background is a plus.
  
• Proficiency working in Photoshop.
• Understanding of efficient models and texture layouts.
• Ability to create realistic human forms and likeness, as well as from reference materials with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to model moderate to complex characters and/or environments without specific references.
• Your portfolio/demo reel should include your best fully-rendered work: stills and/or animation, starting with your most recent work. Please include a shot list. If your demo has contributions from other artists, please detail in your shot list what you were responsible for and what your role was on each project.
• Demonstration of skills will be required. Please bring your Maya scene files, if available, when called for an interview.
